By combining our OE21 web platform with Microsoft Office 365 integration, we enable organizations of any size to implement the Baldrige Excellence Framework with precision and efficiency.

OPTION 1 - Do it Yourself Implementation (Available Sept 2025) Purchase login/password to our OE21 Library of standard operating procedures designed to implement Baldrige Categories 1 to 7. Once you login you can view each procedure and examine the spreadsheet analysis models used in the procedure, then purchase one or more of our analysis models for a small fee (ranging from $15 to $25) for each model. Purchases of our models are online, via our safe ShopIFY account. Once your purcase is processed, the ShopIFY account downloads the model to you. OPTION 2 - Purchase our Consulting Services to help you implement Baldrige Categories 1 to 7 (2024 version). We accept consulting purchases by the hour for any or all of items 1 to 5. Email crmflorida@gmail.com for an estimate.

About Chuck Mitchell, Principal Consultant
Chuck Mitchell brings a legacy of leadership and innovation. Prior to founding AfCI LLC, Mr. Mitchell was an accomplished Program Manager in the aerospace industry.
Hughes Aircraft (1980–1984): Senior Program Business Manager overseeing $100M+ defense contracts.
Interstate Electronics Corp. (1973–1980): Program Manager—marketing, program management, and recipient of the President’s Award for Management Excellence.
