The brackets [  ] alongside the linked Standards, Surveys and Sheets are used to display progress of implementation. 

OE21 Standards: Insert [ 0% to 100% ] in the brackets alongside the Standard link, to indicate the cumulative percent

 that the Standard has been implemented. The percent value must be identical to the Milestone Percent value displayed inside the Standard's implementation instructions. As each group of implementation steps are accomplished, the percent completion grows from 0% to 100%.  

Surveys: Insert [ D ] In the brackets alongside the survey links, indicating that the survey has been launched, people have responded and data now exists within the survey. Note: All OE21 surveys reside in the Survey Methods system (see www.surveymethods.com). Your organization must subscribe to Survey Methods in order to receive your OE21 surveys and use the system to modify, launch, close, and export files from surveys. For more info see: Survey Process
