LFT_B.1_Results_Excellence_Dashboard (.xlsx) and Surveys

Title: LFT_B.1_Results_Excellence_Dashboard (.xlsx)

Purpose: Measures key organization results in four categories (leadership, customer, operations and workforce) 

Responsibility: Lead: Leadership Focus Team (LFT)

Responsibility: Support: Customer Focus Team (CFT), Operations Focus Team (OFT) and Workforce Focus Team (WFT)

Value: Provides initial (baseline) assessment of overall organization performance, followed by additional assessments at six-month intervals to show continued progress in improving results 

Inputs: Each focus team (LFT, CFT, OFT, WFT) responds to their own unique forty (40) question survey. Each survey question includes a rating (1-5) and narrative improvement suggestions.  

Processing: The results of the four surveys are exported from the survey system, then inserted into the LFT_P.3_Results_Excellence_Dashboard (.xlsx) file. This process automatically places averaged ratings in all 160 questions (separated 16 tabs, each with 10 questions. All 16 tabs are summarized into final scores (in points and percentage) and are visible on the Results_Excellence_Dashboard

  • RAM - A responsibility assignment matrix used to assign people to the four focus teams

  • Dashboard - The master OE21 Results Excellence Dashboard displaying total organization results

  • RG1 to RG16 - The sixteen (16) question tabs; each with 10 questions; segmented by LFT, CFT, OFT and WFT

  • Leadership - The survey export data inserted from the LFT P.3 Leadership Excellence Results Assessment

  • Customer  - The survey export data inserted from the CFT P.3 Customer Excellence Results Assessment

  • Operations - The survey export data inserted from the OFT P.3 Operations Excellence Results Assessment

  • Workforce - The survey export data inserted from the WFT P.3 Workforce Excellence Results Assessment
