Title: LFT 2.1 S.W.O.T. Assessment (survey)
Purpose: Collect information and data about the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats. Used as part of the strategy development process.
Responsibility: Leadership Focus Team (LFT)
Value: Discover or update the organization's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats.
Inputs: Senior leaders, managers and other stakeholders respond to four (4) surveys (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats)
Outputs: Export from surveys of four spreadsheet files containing all questions and responses
Analysis: Matrix Analysis spreadsheets (4 tabs; strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats).
